Last week our class presented our math games and human body projects. Half of us presented in the other fifth grade, Mrs. Wright’s and the other half presented in our class. Mrs. Wright’s class played our games with us. We will continue playing the games today, outside(Monday, June 7th at 1:00.) Like the math games, we presented our human body project half and half. We got in groups and shared our power points with our groups. Everyone did an awesome job on their math games and human body project!! Today we went to the Kindergarten graduation to cheer them on and give them graduation cards that we made them. When the graduation was all done, we came back to class and worked on our digital story telling. And as a special treat, we got to have ice cream and cake from the graduation. The cake was very delicious, it had a Big picture of all the Kindergarteners on it!!!!!!! We also got a bag of books today to read over the Summer. At the end of every school year each kid in the building gets a bag of books to read. Tomorrow is field day for us. During field day we do all sorts of fun activites in different stations, like: egg toss, water balloon toss, go on a obstacles coarse the national guards bring that is blow up, tug-a-war, drip drip drop, popsicles, face painting and other fun things!!!!!! We will also be drawing murals of our favorite characters on the school parking lot with 2nd graders. On Tuesday after we drew our favorite characters, we had art. In art we drew a self portrait of ourselves. And then Wednesday is our last day of school!!!!! We have a half of day that day. Then it’s goodbye school, and HELLOOOO summer.
